By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree with these ToS, please do not access or use the Services.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To use the Services, you must create an account using your email address. Users are allowed to create multiple accounts, but account-sharing is discouraged.

2.2 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend your account if you share your account with others. Scraping and putting unnecessary load on our servers may result in immediate account suspension.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Subscription Plans

The Services are available for free with limited features. Paid subscriptions, including standard, premium, and enterprise plans, offer additional features.

3.2 Payment Options

Payments for subscriptions can be made monthly via Stripe, or quarterly and annually via Stripe or Coinbase commerce with cryptocurrencies.

3.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds for Stripe subscriptions are available within the first 7 days or for the unused period after 7 days. No refunds are available for cryptocurrency payments.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for using the Services in accordance with these ToS and any applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

There is no user-generated content on the platform. Users are prohibited from reselling the content available on the platform for financial gain.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 Age Requirement

There are no age requirements for using the Services.
