Total reduction of 4 days in the overall process.
The current governance process requires at least 12 days to pass any proposal. This proposal reduces the total duration to 8 days minimum by reducing the voting time in a temperature check and on Snapshot.
A lengthy process has hurt the DAO in the past by being unable to pass proposals fast enough and taking, on average, over two weeks with a discussion phase to pass any proposal.
